Booking & Cancellation
Cancellation Policy
Am I eligible for a refund?
Customers will receive a full refund or credit if they cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled voyage. If the operator cancels the voyage due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, customers will also receive a full refund or credit. No-shows will be charged the full price of the voyage.
What happens if bad weather occurs during our voyage?
We closely monitor the weather, as conditions in Savannah can change rapidly. Should the captain decide to cancel the voyage due to weather, we will notify you promptly. We will offer to reschedule your voyage, subject to availability, or arrange an alternative time. If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be issued.
The Experience
Is there a set itinerary for each voyage?
Not all of our charters have a fixed itinerary. The captain will assess weather conditions before and during the voyage, and will adjust the route based on your preferences and the prevailing conditions.
How long does each voyage last?
Voyage durations vary depending on the experience selected, ranging from 2 to 6 hours.
How far does the boat travel?
Our boat remains in shallow waters and does not venture into the open ocean. You will always be able to see land during the voyage.
Are food and beverages provided on the voyage?
Yes, all of our voyages include a curated selection of amenities to ensure your comfort throughout the experience. We kindly request that guests refrain from bringing their own food or beverages, as everything has been thoughtfully prepared for your enjoyment.
Planning & Arrival
What should I wear?
We recommend wearing comfortable attire for your voyage. For safety and to protect the vessels, heels of any kind are not permitted.
Where will we meet for the voyage?
Please meet inside the Plant Riverside District lobby, where a team member will escort you to the dock for boarding.
What should I expect upon arrival?
We recommend arriving early to use the facilities before departure to fully enjoy your experience. Our vessels are not equipped with restrooms.
Safety & Operations
Are life jackets required?
Adults are not required to wear a life jacket. However, life jackets are provided for children 12 and under, and in compliance with US Coast Guard regulations, they must be worn at all times.
Is there a restroom on board?
There is no restroom on board.
Is the voyage handicap accessible?
Unfortunately, due to the design of our vessels, they are not wheelchair accessible.
